Sporting, once again, a frankly magnificent Gamarelli plumage, here we give to you the Latin biretta of a Papal Nuncio. As you can no doubt tell, its purple lining is what sets it apart from that of the Latin bishop.

Y viva EspaƱa # 2
Late last night we received a secretive text from one of the younger nuns (secretive since Mother Prioress banned possession of mobile phones when she caught a sister playing Angry Birds during vespers) saying they’d arrived safe and sound and made a beeline for the church of Santa Maria Stella Maris, apart from Mother Prioress, who made a beeline for a pint of stella.
So in our run of hats we turn our attentions to the Spanish Canon, here shown with what we unabashedly trumpet as frankly magnificent plumage.
